Shoulder of pork smoked for 8 hours on our Big Green Egg until it is super tender and falls apart. Then combined with our homemade barbecue sauce and served with house-fermented napa cabbage kimchi

Juicy chicken thigh marinated with Paprika & Ginger, coated with cornflour and fried to a crispy golden brown. Served with spring onion, lettuce and smoked cheddar
